zk666 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "zk666", "we", "us", "our" — refers to zk666.co and its duly licensed operating entity regulated by PAGCOR.
• "Platform" — the website located at zk666.co, including all subdomains, web applications, interfaces, game clients, and associated services accessible under that domain.
• "User", "you", "your" — any person who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or participates in any activity offered thereon.
• "Account" — the registered personal account created by a User on the Platform, including the associated PHP wallet balance.
• "Games" — all gaming products available on the Platform, including but not limited to live dealer casino, slots, bingo, arcade games, sports betting, and sabong.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive offered by zk666 to Users subject to specific terms.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "AML" — Anti-Money Laundering, applicable under Philippine law including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
• "PHP" — Philippine Peso, the sole currency in which all Account balances are denominated and transactions are conducted on the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or participating in any Game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of your participation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and, if registered, request account closure by contacting the zk666 support team.

These Terms apply to all Users regardless of how they access the Platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other approved interface. There is no separate set of terms applicable to mobile access.

To register for and use an Account on zk666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory body in the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of zk666 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software suppliers, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

zk666 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility, including government-issued photo identification and proof of age, at any time and as a condition of processing any withdrawal.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only on the Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth.
• Promptly update your Account information if any detail changes.
• Create a strong, unique password and maintain its confidentiality at all times.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notify zk666 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, except in cases of proven Platform security breach attributable to zk666.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). zk666 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven, subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.

zk666 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if it is determined to be in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to cases involving bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or unresolved KYC requirements.

zk666 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed alongside each promotion. In addition, the following general bonus terms apply to all offers:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account as bonus credits separate from your cash balance unless otherwise stated. Bonus credits must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted bonus credits expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from your Account without notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.
• zk666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — results in cancellation of all active bonuses, forfeiture of any winnings derived from bonus play, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless their wagering requirement has been met in full.

All games available on zk666 are operated under the following fairness standards:

• All random number generator (RNG)-based games — including slots, bingo, and arcade games — have been independently audited by an accredited testing laboratory. Published return-to-player (RTP) figures reflect actual certified outcomes from those audits.
• Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in compliance with published table rules. Recorded streams of all live game sessions are retained and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute.
• Sports betting odds are set by zk666 and are subject to change. Bets accepted before an odds change are honoured at the original accepted odds unless the bet is voided under applicable voiding rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session, the affected round is voided and any stake placed is returned to the Account. Malfunctions void all related game activity regardless of displayed outcomes.
• zk666's decision on the outcome of any game or disputed transaction is final, subject only to the escalation procedures described in these Terms.

Each game available on the Platform includes an information panel disclosing the game's RTP, volatility classification, and applicable rules. You are responsible for reviewing these details before wagering.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated tools to gain an advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game.
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities.
• Accessing another user's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including opening duplicate Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, fraud-detection, or verification system employed by zk666.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.

zk666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. The following tools are available to all registered Users and can be activated from the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit ceilings. Once set, a reduction in your deposit limit takes effect immediately; an increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it applies.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications triggered when your active session reaches a self-defined time limit.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary Account suspension for a period of between 24 hours and six weeks. During a cool-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications are sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent Account closure through zk666's self-exclusion programme, which is linked to the PAGCOR national self-exclusion register. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period elected.

zk666 prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21. This restriction is enforced through active identity verification. Users are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling content on shared devices.

zk666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• At your own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be marked as dormant; dormant account procedures are published in the FAQ).

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited. Genuine cash deposits that remain unaffected by any outstanding KYC or AML holds will be returned to the original deposit source within 30 days, subject to verification.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the zk666 support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests unless closure is requested specifically to avoid an ongoing KYC or fraud investigation.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and written content — is the intellectual property of zk666 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from zk666.
• Frame or mirror the Platform or any portion of it on another website or application.

The zk666 name, logo, and all associated branding are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of zk666 trademarks is prohibited and may constitute grounds for legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, zk666's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any games or services offered thereon shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zk666 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform due to circumstances beyond zk666's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by you in connection with gaming activity, including game strategy decisions and voluntary betting choices.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss of any kind, including loss of profits or savings.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any games or transactions conducted thereon shall be subject to the following resolution process:

1. First Escalation: Submit a formal complaint to the zk666 support team in writing. zk666 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a written decision within 14 calendar days.
2. PAGCOR Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with zk666's decision, you may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR, whose resolution procedures and contact details are publicly available on the PAGCOR official website.
3. Judicial Proceedings: If regulatory escalation does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue the matter through the courts of the Philippines, with Pasay City as the agreed venue of jurisdiction, without prejudice to each party's right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

zk666 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Users via a notification displayed upon login and, where the changes are material, via SMS to your registered mobile number no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amendment takes effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible from the footer navigation of the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page identifies when the current version took effect.
